Money can be the end, but not the means. As you make yourself more valuable to the business, as you work to your strengths and talent, the raises, stock options, bonuses, perks, and promotions will come. Focus on business value to increase your income.

Everyone wants to work with their heart in the game. Where they believe in what they are doing, where they see progress and results, where they make a difference. Isn’t it time for work to be fun?

What were you born to do? What is your calling? These questions are not frivolous, they are essential… There is something that only you can do. Your life work is waiting for you. Time to step into your destiny.
